My father served in World War II and my oldest brother in Vietnam. Initially, I started reading books about WWII to gain perspecitive on my dad's service. Later, I got interested in Military history for the perspecitives on history, personal accounts and other features that military books offer. The Great Books Reading Group is not a literature club. It is a discussion group that uses a multidisciplinary approach to learning and exploring the past and present.
